January Trojan Pride Award Goes to Kim Charton

Mrs. Kim Charton was presented the Trojan Pride Award by the Tuscarawas Valley Local Schools Board of Education at its regular meeting on February 11, 2013.  The recommendation was made by Mr. Scott Sommer, Middle School and Assistant High School Band Director.  Mrs. Charton is extremely dedicated to our students.  She volunteers her time in the summer, during marching band practice, and all throughout the school year.  She helps out four days a week during 9th period at the high school and Tuesdays and Thursdays for after-school jazz band and concert band rehearsals.  The band program would not be what it is today without the assistance and dedication of Mrs. Charton.
