| TV Earns "Effective Rating" on State Report Card! |
Although our district’s overall rating has remained unchanged as “Effective,” there is a lot more to the story! Actually, the 2008-2009 Report Card reflects the highest achievement for TVLS since the inception of the state achievement tests!
- Our Performance Index is 99.2—the highest it’s ever been!
- Our district has MET the Adequate Yearly Progress requirement for the past three years!
- TVLSD has MET the new Value Added measurement.
Our goal is to be a district of Excellence, and we will continue aiming for high standards for all students. I am extremely proud of our teachers, staff, and students for their achievements. We are also very grateful for the consistent support of our families and community. Without everyone working together on behalf of our students, none of this would be possible.
